Is a Galaxy Tab S2 a Good Tablet for Daily Use?
After using the Galaxy Tab S2 and its predecessor, S1, for quite some time, I found myself comparing them regularly. A significant event in my possession cycle occurred when I lost my S1 but it was unexpectedly returned to me 4 months later. Interestingly, a new version, the S3, had just been released at that time, but the differences were not enough to sway my decision in favor of the S3. Instead, I opted for the S2, a choice that has proven to be a great one for my daily needs.
My experience with tablets extends beyond just the Galaxy line. Previous to these, I owned two Toshiba Thrives, one 7-inch and one 10-inch model, both of which, although clunky, brought unique features to the table. Despite their shortcomings, I found them charming and kept them for their individual merits.
The Galaxy Tab S2 has stood out among all the tablets I have owned, used in stores, or tested at friends' places. Even my nephew, who can afford whatever he wants, has shown a preference for the S2. This choice is particularly advantageous for daily use without the need for high-end features.
The untapped hype around iPads can be confusing. I do not integrate streaming movies or video content into my daily routine, much to the contrary. Instead, I rely heavily on my tablets for everyday online activities. tasks include reading, taking pictures, conducting research, and staying in touch with friends through online chats.
To summarize, the Galaxy Tab S2 is a versatile and reliable option for those looking for a tablet chassis that can handle a range of daily tasks. It offers a smooth user experience that balances functionality with ease of use, making it a great choice for anyone who uses their tablets for more than just media consumption.
